These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the MKB Logistics website and your engagement of our transport and warehousing services. By requesting a quote or booking a shipment, you agree to the terms below.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website or engaging MKB Logistics for transport, warehousing, or related services, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services
MKB Logistics provides freight brokerage, FTL and LTL trucking including refrigerated (reefer) transport, warehousing, and related logistics services. Specific terms for each shipment or storage arrangement, including rates, temperature requirements, and liability, are set out in the applicable rate confirmation, bill of lading, or service agreement.
3. Quotes & Pricing
Quotes provided through this website or by our team are estimates based on the information supplied and are subject to change based on actual weight, dimensions, accessorial charges, fuel surcharges, and other factors confirmed at the time of booking.
4. Temperature-Controlled Shipments
For reefer and cold storage services, the shipper is responsible for providing accurate product temperature requirements. MKB Logistics and its carrier and warehouse partners will make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the specified temperature range, but are not liable for spoilage resulting from inaccurate information provided by the shipper, pre-existing product condition, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for accurately describing goods, packaging them appropriately for the mode of transport or storage, and complying with applicable customs, food safety, and hazardous materials regulations.
6. Limitation of Liability
Except as set out in a specific service agreement, bill of lading, or applicable law, MKB Logistics' liability for loss or damage is limited in accordance with standard industry terms and the liability terms of the carrier or warehouse performing the service.
7. Website Use

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
